As Executive Vice President and a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor, Annette helps individuals, families and business owners achieve their financial goals. She oversees and guides the Marine Bank Trust and Investment Management team, working with advisors, including attorneys, accountants and portfolio managers.

Experienced in all areas of wealth management, investments as well as trust and estate planning, Annette creates seamless wealth management plans customized to individual objectives. On a daily basis, she assesses multiple investment recommendations to ensure strategies remain consistent and focused on desired results. Wealth management is a journey and Annette is committed to helping her clients navigate their way toward success.

With over 30 years in banking, Annette has supported her community by serving on many committees and boards, never passing an opportunity to mentor others and encourage the values of continually learning. She is a current member and past President of Illinois Women in Leadership. Annette’s influence has inspired other professionals toward excellence in business and leadership.

Annette earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from UIS in 1989 and she graduated from the ABA Trust School in 1996 and National Graduate Trust School in 1998 at Northwestern University. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Annette is a proud wife, mother and grandmother. She and her husband, Steve, enjoy an active lifestyle and, of course, their family.

Having over eighteen years of experience in the administration of trusts, investment management and retirement accounts, Cathy Overstreet ensures compliance with regulations and policies. She specializes in retirement accounts and also oversees the tax area within the Trust and Investment Department. With her first-class client service skills, she strives to exceed expectations. Cathy graduated from the American Bankers Association National Trust School in 2008.

Stacy Foli brings over twenty years of banking experience covering trust services, cash management and retail banking to her position of Trust Officer. She forms close relationships with clients and enjoys customer interaction. Monthly management reports are coordinated by Stacy and she is involved in working with compliance and regulatory oversight. She also serves as the department’s event planner. Her greatest satisfaction is making clients happy with a job well done!

Bridget Johnson is an attorney who brings more than a decade of experience in wealth, tax and estate planning. This knowledge and background is a valuable resource for Trust clients. She oversees the Marine Bank Trust and Investment Management Department compliance area and works to ensure that policies and procedures comply with the ever-changing regulations, standards and best practices in the field. Bridget earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and her Juris Doctor degree from the Washington University School of Law.

Matt Kennedy has been with Marine Bank for five years. He brings his expertise in building strong customer relationships and providing exceptional service to clients. With extensive knowledge in retail banking, he is now utilizing his skills on the Marine Bank Trust and Investment Management Team. With his experience in wealth management and retail banking, Matt has the ability to help our clients and their families with all of their banking needs. Being focused on customer service, Matt makes sure the financial strategies implemented are in line with the desired results of our clients and progress toward their long term goals.

Born and raised in the Central Illinois area, Matt makes sure to give back to the community when he can by being a part of Marine Bank’s Employee Activity Committee and volunteering with local charitable organizations such as Ronald McDonald House and Helping Hands. He is a member of the local Ambucs chapter and a previous Loaned Executive for United Way.

Matt earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in August of 2017 and his Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Benedictine University in March of 2019. Matt recently attended the first year of Cannon Trust School in South Bend, IN at Notre Dame University in preparation to acquire the Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) designation. This schooling begins a three year commitment that covers the technical competencies and skills required to perform complex trust administration responsibilities and financial advising for our clients.
